The guarantee on the products purchased, in the terms established by the Law, responding for quality defects and the good condition of the products offered.

The warranty period established for the products is two months for jewelry made of bronze due to damage in the manufacturing of the product, such as falling from the post, opening of rings or any damage caused to the shape or structure of the jewelry.

For damage to the bathroom as long as it is not due to misuse, or for not following the recommendations, the guarantee will be 1 month, and will be subject to review by our team.

No guarantees will be made on parts that do not have the original glass.

No changes are made to products that are damaged due to misuse or non-compliance with the instructions indicated at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made through our authorized distributors, or in
our jewelryroom, guarantees must be made by the same means and not by the authorized mail for our website.

It is cause for loss of the warranty if the client decides to make modifications to the jewelry.

All Dayana Montoya jewelry is handmade in Colombia, and on some occasions may present variation in texture or differences in characteristics from one product to another, which cannot be considered a defect at any time and therefore does not apply. as a guarantee.

If the part actually presents imperfections under the standards stipulated above and cannot be repaired, a completely new one will be sent.

If the part is no longer available, it can be exchanged for another reference and the remaining balance can be added. In the event that a client wishes to carry out a repair process on their jewelry, it is no longer within the time established for the guarantee, this will be charged to the client according to the complexity of the repair and will have a delivery time of between 15 or 20 business days. .
