Shipping & Returns

If it is a shipment to Colombia of parts in stock, they will have a delivery time of between 2 to 3 business days.

If it is an international shipment of parts that are in stock, they will have a delivery time of 5 to 15 business days.

If shipping is requested by wholesale customers internationally or nationally, it will take 20 to 30 business days depending on the number of pieces to be manufactured.

From the moment of purchase, the customer has 8 business days to inform Dayana Montoya, by means of an email to info@dayanamontoya.com, of the intention to request an exchange or return of the product, explaining the reason for said decision.

The customer will assume the shipping costs to deliver the product to the Dayana Montoya facilities, an address that will be provided by the brand.

The shipping of the new product to the customer will be assumed by Dayana Montoya. Exchanges must be for a product of equal or greater value.

Product returns and exchanges will be accepted as long as the following requirements are met:

The product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the original labels and accessories.

The product cannot be used.

If the pieces do not comply with these conditions, DAYANA MONTOYA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY EXCHANGE OR RETURN and they will be returned under the responsibility of the buyer.

Discounted products are not subject to exchanges or returns.

Cancellation of orders Cancellation of the order will be accepted by email to info@dayanamontoya.com, as long as the order has not been shipped and no more than 12 hours have passed after the purchase.

Refunds

Return of products will result in a refund equal to the cost of the products returned.

Only in the event that the product delivered is defective or incorrect, Dayana Montoya will also reimburse the customer for the corresponding shipping costs.

Regarding the product Each of our products will be properly sent with its packaging, this packaging may vary depending on the current collection.

We recommend that each piece be stored separately in its packaging for product durability purposes.

Delivery Policies

Shipments in Colombia will be made through the commercial Coordinating carrier, shipping costs will be charged directly to the customer at the time of delivery, unless some type of momentary discount is stipulated on the website and this cost is assumed by Dayana Montoya .

International shipments are made through DHL, the shipping cost and nationalization taxes are calculated automatically according to the destination, during the checkout process.

Order confirmation will be sent by email once the purchase has been approved.

After shipping the merchandise, the tracking number and the name of the company that will be in charge of taking your product to the destination will be sent to the email.
